The open ticket allows you to visit the exhibition at any time when it is regularly open to the public. It is valid for one entry and can be given as a gift.
Open Early Bird: € 14,00
Buy an OPEN ticket at the same price as a Reduced ticket. Tickets are limited and can be purchased until July 20, 2025! EARLY BIRD and OPEN tickets can be used until January 18, 2026. After that date they will no longer be valid.
Online Ticket
It allows the booking for a pre-set and non-modifiable date and time, as well as to avoid any queues at the ticket office ( advance sale fee is € 1.50 for each ticket).

The ticket office of Palazzo Zabarella is active from 9.30 am until 45 minutes before the closing time.
The reduced or free rates are applicable only by presenting a valid, unexpired document, card or badge that certifies the right.
Schools

For visits made on Saturdays and Sundays, the group rate is applied Maximum 22 students with two free companions per group

Guided tours for schools and groups - lasting 70 minutes - must necessarily be booked in advance through the Call Center at the following telephone number: 049 8753100.
All the rates indicated refer to guided tours in Italian, for visits in other languages it is necessary to contact the Call Center. Guided tours for groups - excluding schools - will be carried out with the aid of a microphone and headphones; the service is included in the cost of the guided tour. For groups wishing to use their own guide, the cost of renting the microphone / headphones is 70 euros. Guided tours are not allowed, without prior authorization from the Management.
The audio guide headphones are quickly sanitized after each use. The result is zero bacteria in just 5 minutes.
